You bought that from someone else right? And they gave you resale rights, correct?
There are a couple things I can say regarding this..
TACTIC 1:
First, I am assuming you were VeROed, correct? Did it mention "VeRO"?
Second, just about anyone can file a VeRO against just about anything.
So, lets say you were selling farm tractors and someone wrote a book about tomatoes. He could VeRO you farm tractor auction and ebay will cancel it.
No joke, ebay is that lame about the whole thing..
Of course, if the person who canceled your auction is full of crap, you can file a "counter notice" against his VeRo, wait a certain
duration and then relist. The idea is that this gives the person you countered time to file a lawsuit against you. The good news is no one has the balls to file a lawsuit, unless it is for several thousand dollars.. So, you can bank on it not occurring. I have filed these like 4 times and had no one sue.. I know it costs a TON to sue, so you do not have to worry.
But, because eBay is so lame, the same guy later could come and again file a VeRO against your auction. Usually, it doesn't happen, but sometimes it does. I know from experience..
If the same lame ass cancels your auctions, you can file another "counter notice" and then contact eBay's safety department and ask them how you can file a "harassment" against this guy, because you have countered twice on the same listing and he is harassing you.
This is all assuming that this guy who filed against you is
not some huge company like Sony or something..
TACTIC 2:
Just wait a month and relist it as if nothing happened.. Generally, this is a safe bet.. But, if it keeps happening, do the TACTIC 1 above..

i am waiting on ebays response.
also i notice a auction i put together as a package had the description taken out( a new auction , but it had this program jv affiliate manager in the package)
this listing is still running..
geez with the lack of money im earning all the time im putting in, since the start of the year on this and websites, plus this above.
kind of makes me wonder if its all worth it.
