Hi Qian,
OK, sort of scratch my last email.
I see you already have your business going..
I can give you some pointers on what you have here.. But, also, if you could, tell me a little of what you would like to sell that you are not currently selling.. I can help with the new and the already existing..
ONTO THE POINTERS...
1. The first thing I noticed is your prices are too low.. I would increase your prices first..
The price is actually part of the marketing.. If the price is low, people assume it is not worth much. But, if the price is high, they assume it is worth alot..
Formula:
Good Ad + Premium Price = Maximum Profit
To know what to increase the prices to, I
will show you how I figure my price..
Lets look at this auction of yours:
OK, your competition sell for much higher price.. Look here:
Notice all the "green" prices. There are the ones that sold.. All the red prices did not sell.
Look at this competitor's auction:
And this one:
Last one:
OK, they are selling something very similar to you, but their prices are around $100 dollars each..
SO, if they can do it, YOU can do it..
Notice the "topics" of their websites.. Children's website.. Forex Investing Website..
You want to make websites that can bring the top money in.. Watch the history on eBay for the green priced auctions.. These are the ones which tell you what the customers want..
SO, HERE IS WHAT I WOULD DO:
1. Improve your ad by adding
more pictures.. Pictures are always good, especially of people.. Also, consider adding more graphics to the websites you make to make them colorful..
2. Change the price to around $80 or more..
3. Make websites on topics that sell good on ebay.. Remember, all the green prices in this link:
4. Your ad description is pretty good, but also consider to point out the benefits to customer.. You have "benefits" and "features".
Features example: 10 email addresses, paypal setup, 20 pages in website.
Benefits
example: Will make you money 24/7 (all the time), To pay for extra bills, To one day quit your job and just sell online, etc.
If you do this and sell them for $80+ dollars, you will be making A LOT more money right there!!
OK, after this email, write me again about one of your other types of auctions and I will give advice and pointers on that one..
Sincerely
Tony

LIS WIEHL: You can't not hire Lenny.
O'REILLY: Yes, but ... Don't you see my business point here? ... the state of Calif .. is forcing me to hire people that may be detrimental to my business.
LIS WIEHL: appearance shouldn't matter. When you're selling bibles.
O'REILLY: Ms. Rivers, you understand ... better than Lis because she went to Harvard Law
