Hi Richard, ONE: Paypal generates the button code for you and it is shown in a box for you to copy and paste into the HTML. With front page, there are two ways to edit HTML. Visual and code. You want to go into the code editing and ad the code sniplet Paypal generates for you. TWO: I never have used the encrypted for buttons or even more advanced functions.. Just ignore the encryption option. THREE: I would use your current email address. Your home one that is not always turned on. I am guessing that you use Outlook for your home email. Am I correct? If so, this is good, as this is a program which you can create "rules" to autorespond to your email. it will simply autorespond
when you open it. You can have your Outlook open at all times if you want and answer emails on a schedule, if you want also.. I do it where I have several "rules" and have several autoresponders that those rules point to. When I download my email it autoresponds as it downloads.. Sincerely Tony
Richard Rittenhouse <Richard_Rittenhouse@aaaa.net> wrote: Hi Tony, Thanx for the FTP info but I am using Front Page. Decided on that since I know nothing about HTML and figured it would take a lot of time
to learn. More info needed. - With Pay Pal I see they say to copy paste the HTML info to the button. I assume that what you are pasting is just a hyperlink and you are not pasting all that stuff on your web page.
- It says that if you use the encrypted method an Email will NOT be generated. I assume if that happens an autoresponder will not work. True? Should I use encrypted or not?
- I also assume that I should use my new Email accounts with the web host I now have as opposed to my regular Email account, since I don't have my home Email turned on all the time. I assume that is the only way an autoresponder will work. Will it affect my Pay Pal account to change the Email address? Or can I just add a new address and select the new one, or can
you have multiple addresses for different situations?
- Basically what is the procedure for setting up Pay Pal?

Hi Richard, Basically, just make a directory like ebooks under the main directory of your website and then the link would be something like: That would be the location.. You just don't link it into any of your pages so no one can easily get it, for they don't know the address.. Do you know how to upload to your website? If you already have a website, then I am guessing you know how to FTP.. If not, here is a page on FTPing: - or - Sincerely Tony

I am thinking that I should make a folder called vault or something like that and NOT have it linked to anything at all. Then I could get to it by

Hi. Actually it is pretty simple. Its the same as linking a graphic of a page in a website.. So, its just a standard link and it automatically does the download pop up for you. The HTML for a link is: Tony Hi Tony, I
noticed in your eBook library vault, when I put my curser on "e-Download File" an internet address comes up down below and then automatically a window pops up saying download file. Then you choose "open" or "save" or whatever. How do you make this happen? When someone clicks on that web page it automatically sets up the download without them ever seeing the page. That's one of the things I need to know how to do. Thanx, Dick R. ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Wednesday, June 28, 2006 12:31 AM Subject: Re: Question
Hi Richard, Actually, some of the lower plans would work with hosting a site with all the eBooks and more.. Here is a good cheap company that I use.. I have a complete server for my business, as I have several websites.. Some make money, some are ministry.. Here is the company I use: The shared
hosting for $12 bucks a month would work for you, most likely.. Cheaper than most any other bill you have a month.. I can't even think of a bill I have a month thats that cheap.. :-) I pay them $100 a month for a whole server, where I get like 80 GIGS, unlimited bandwidth, can make 100's of sites. Can RENT space even to others.. Pretty cheap for what I can do with it.. Bandwidth = Traffic.. People when they look at your page are downloading the graphics and pages from your server.. This amount of megs it takes for each item times how many people do it a month makes up your bandwidth.. 1 GIG is good for many people.. I have about 60 GIG of traffic a month and that is 250,000 people a month visiting my websites!! So, 1 GIG would be like 4200 people visiting your website a month. With CIHOST
even the $12 bucks a month will get you 250 GIG of traffic. Thats like over a million people coming to your website a month!!! Tony Tony Richard Rittenhouse <Richard_Rittenhouse@aaaa.net> wrote: Hi Tony, Thanx for fixing the web site. It seems to be working just fine now. Next question. I am in the process of learning how and also building a web site. Can you give me an idea of how big a site (Web Site Space) I
should purchase? The site would be based on having all your eBook library and then some more stuff (not a lot) but that is how I plan on starting. I see all this diskspace, bandwidth, etc. and have no idea what they are talking about. I do know that they have to be able to handle Front Page 2003 but that is about all I know. So basically what size site should I start out with? Next question is do you have any idea what type of eBooks are selling best at this time? Or better yet how do I get that info from e bay. I think I should be able to go into a category such as eBooks and then see what is selling best but II don't know how to get there. Hi Richard, Try this: Username: pp-giantexit Password: show2class
This will give you access to what
you purchased.. I just tested it and it works good.. Sincerely Tony Hi Tony, Well, doesn't this sound great. First of all I am just getting started. I don't have the time right now to learn how, nor the time to write, all of my own ad copy. I am sure I will edit stuff to my own liking, but I need a starting point. You say to edit, change, improve. Well right now I have no ad copy to edit. Zero, Nadda, Zilch. I
look for ad copy for my eBook and all I have is an ad to purchase more stuff from you. Not acceptable. When I purchased this system "you advertised" and "I bought" the following: You will have access to prewritten auction advertisements for all of your eBooks. This will save you tons of time from the long process of writing ad material for your eBooks. That is copied/pasted from your ad. Now you tell me the stuff is no good. It isn't what you used. That is not what your ad says! Well I want what your ad says. That is what I paid for. I will work on editing, etc. from there, but I want a starting point. I don't want to take a course in writing killer ads right now. Or maybe I should buy an eBook from you on writing killer ads. I don't think so! I want to get started. This is getting
more discouraging daily, first what with having to edit all the zip files, now no ad copy, finding antiquated stuff that the links no longer work, etc. Two days to get an email response from you. Just give me what I paid for or give me my money back. In fact, since the thirty day guarantee is up today, and since this just keeps getting worse all the time, just give me my money back now as this is my last day to request same and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. Just more excuses and no results. Thanx, Dick R. ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Thursday, June 22, 2006 3:20 AM Subject: Re: Question
Hi Richard, I edit ALL of the ads I use personally for my auctions. If a person does not edit the ads, as I suggest in the "Sales Strategies for eBook" under each eBook download, they can have non-impressive results. Basically, those who just use the generic eBook description are taking the lazy route and it could very easily mean less sales. You want your own unique version, where you can separate yourself from the competitors and have a better ad, so
you make more profit. That is one of the main keys I teach. The point is your are building an "asset". This auction is a valuable asset for you. If you don't put much into it up front, it will not produce much for you.. You put a lot into it up front, it could produce good results for YEARS.. I was given resale rights to these eBooks. So, I am reselling them as they were sold to me as.. So, the generic ad is what I was given.. I would not say they are the best ads, though some are quite good. Some, though, definitely need a change, in my book.. BUT, as I stated above, I NEVER sell things the way I am given them. So, even the eBook packages I would edit and change. The idea is to figure out what will make you the most money. I can tell you know, bonuses, atleast to me,
seem partially lame.. One or two bonuses is cool and relevant.. 6 bonuses, lame.. Just my opinion.. So, I would go to eBay, find the related eBooks selling there on the topic of your eBook. Look for not just eBooks, but information, eBooks, websites related to your eBooks topic. I then find those making the most money off this topic/eBook and I reverse engineer their ad to figure out why they are making so much money and mimic them, without copying per-se. Then, I implement that into my ad and I try to one up the top guy. That is the best way to make a killer money maker.. CATEGORY FEATURED: ALSO, I am not sure if I pointed this out yet, but selling at the top of the category is generally how most of the top sellers make the most money off eBooks.. Selling at the top of the page will cost
you maybe $25 bucks, but it is worth it, if you have a killer ad, killer title, and in the best category.. You can get 10+ sales at $9.95 and that is about $100 bucks.. Then, you just pay about $30 to eBay.. TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA: Here is probably the most profitable eBook auction I have ever seen: Here is how many he sold:
HE SOLD 120 OF THEM!!!!! That is $1200 - about $65 in eBay fees.. Thats over $1000 off ONE EBOOK AUCTION. He did EXACTLY as I mentioned above.. He has it as a dutch auction, digital delivery, category featured, killer ad, killer title, great icon and the best category.. I have been doing this type of auction style since 2001. My best one of all time only sold 48 total at $15 bucks each.. That was for the INFORMATIONAL TV projector kit.. Its basically a manual with one component.. My record for software selling in this style was about 34+ sales on a BIBLE SOFTWARE product back about 3 years ago.. Same style, top of the category, etc.. So, I would say, this would be the best way
to sell your eBooks. The problem is most no one has the balls to do it.. Even when I tell them the above.. Doesn't bother me though, as I don't loose out.. Sincerley Tony

bonuses was something that could have been sold as a stand alone. This book:How To Create Killer Mini-Sites That Sell Like Crazy... FREE! ($79.95 Value). Did you know that in almost all of your zip files that send out the eBooks to everyone, you include these bonuses. One is for a eBook store to purchase more eBooks. Well that person is NOT permitted to receive any money from PayPal. How nice is that. I certainly can't include something like that to a new customer. What will they think of me? So now I have to edit all the eBook zip packages to be sure that is not included. Very disappointing. Also now I am finding almost all of the ad copy for the eBooks is now coming up with the opportunity to join something where the first month is free and then $5.95 per month. What is this? I didn't agree to pay $5.95 per month to get the ad copy. Don't understand here what that is. Dick R. ----- Original Message ----- Sent: Sunday, June 11, 2006 6:00 PM Subject: Re: Question
Hi Richard, I am sorry, but I forgot to mention I updated the ad on the website.. Just in case you did not get what I was infering.. Basically, the ad has only 4 bonuses.. 4 is good enough. Most nothing I sell has 4 bonsuses, so it is sort of overkill to have 6.. Tony Hi Richard, I am looking at the zip file and looking at all the contents and redirect links to more content. So far, I have found that Extra 1, 5 and 6 are all already included. They are either links within the PDF file, the PDF file itself, or one of the several items in the redirect links on the extra 1,2,3 files within the zip file. OK, this is taking way too long. So, I just deleted two of the bonuses.. There are too many links in the PDF and it is very long, so I can not confirm the other bonuses, so I will just not have them in the ad. Now the ad only has four bonuses and they are all included already.. Sincerley Tony

Hi. I use EditPlus for editing HTML, but I just do the HTML code directly, instead of a wizard type setup.. If you don't know how to do zip up some files, I can zip them for you.. FIRST, though, try with PKzip and if you can not figure it out, I will try for you.. BUT, you will need to send me the files attached to your email response, as I don't know which files you are going to add as the other 3 extras.. Just as 3 more extras to the email as attachments, and I will zip them all together and send you the file..

Hi Richard, Within the zip file, it shows atleast 3 bonuses.. Final Bonus.htm Bonus2.htm Big Bonus.htm I guess what you could
do is take a couple more bonuses from one of the other eBook zip files and download them all into on directory on your computer. From there, extract all the zip files you downloaded. Then, delete the zip files. Then, delete any files you don't want from the secondary eBook zip files (all the files, but the bonus ones). So, you should have the Affiliatelocked.pdf and 6 Bonus files. Then, just select them all, and right click and choose Winzip/Add to a Winzip file. Then you have to name the Winzip file.. This will create a zip file, which will have the 6 bonuses.. Sincerely Tony
