1stophomerentals is not bad either..
Make sure to make a really cool ad icon.. Someting cartoonish or funny looking.. I have noticed that this can really really increase your chances of selling it..
I think many customers can not really grab onto a domain name in concept and people are conceptual.
So, you have to make a conceptual picture that captures their attention..

Look at this page on my website and it discusses "color pyschology":
Red and Yellow, Red and White, Red and Blue, etc are colors that capture peoples eyes and attention.
Think McDonalds, Coke.. They are the top companys and they use these colors..
I think the icon is half of the sale now, as all the top sellers use the icon effectively..
So, half is picking the right domain name and the other half is knowing how to make the title and icon.. The ad is also important too.
