It is likely the time of day you were doing it.
Paypal sucks at various times of the day..
Generally, here are the times not to get onto Paypal:
1. In the morning before work.
2. Right after work for a couple hours (consider California time is delayed).
3. Right before bed.
4. Maybe lunch time?
Any other time should work great and give you no problems.. This is based on standard type job, you know, 8 to 5 pm, etc.. Basically when traffic on the road gets bad just after this is when paypal gets bad..
GOOD TIMES: Like during work or late at night.
WHILE YOU WAIT, HERE IS A TEMPORARY ACCESS:
Its basically the basics for my website.. But, it doesn't have all the content. You will have to follow the first link that was giving you trouble for the total access.. Just do it at the right time of the day..
