Hi Hooman, You are starting to get the picture.. I would suggest this.. Consider your audience.. Probably mostly younger people.. So, I would say $9.95 is probably the ideal price.. You have the correct price now, as physchologically $9.95 is much less than $12.95 to many, especially the younger crowd and I have noticed the younger crowd with give up $9.95 quickly.. MY SUGGESTIONS: 1. Put about 28 available in your auction at $9.95. 2. Put it at the top of the page and diversify the auction into other categories with slightly altered titles.. Maybe 3 dutch auctions at the top of the page, maybe one on Monday, one on Wednesday, one Friday.. Different titles, a bit, trying to hit all the good keywords
that those looking for love, especially the younger would type in when doing searches.. Then, I would have maybe the start time 7:45 PM for one 8 PM for another 8:15 PM for the third.. 3. All of this might sound really detailed.. I have a reason for all the ideas above.. Most of them from experience doing these type of auctions.. 4. Focus on the "benefits" to younger men and women.. Consider the questions they have in mind about the opposite sex.. Point out how your ebook will get them on the right track to love.. The "benefits" are really what they are looking for.. The obvious is love.. If you can convince them that your ebook will make it much easier for them to find love, you will HOOK a TON.. LAST, BUT NOT LEAST: Seeing you are having good success advertising to
the younger populace, you might want to consider other ebooks that the younger populace are interested in and write or put together compilations or packs of ebooks on that topic.. Just make a list of what they are wanting out of life and do ebooks on those topics: 1. Love. 2. Money to pay for college and girl. 3. etc. Sincerely Tony
hooman noori <hoomannoori03@aaaa.com> wrote: Hi Tony,
First off, let me just say that first ebook auction sold all 17 copies.
Recently, a few days ago, I made a second ebook auction, but this time it was different. I posted a book I WROTE MYSELF, and trippled the price and took out any bonuses.
Guess what?
I sold all 7 copies, for $9.95 each, in less than two days! (I originally put up the auction for 7 days!)
Here is the closed auction link: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=014&item=330032364461&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMESO%3AIT&rd=1
I took your advice and looked up a ton of articles on how to write good copy. I wrote several drafts, and it paid off. Now I have something that can literally sell itself.
So, I relisted my book and bumped the price to $12.95 - and I already have one buyer. I have 6 copies left, with 7 "Watchers" when I view the item in the "My eBay" tab. At this price though, the selling is a bit slower, so I may reduce it back to $9.95 after this auction is over.
My question: You mention posting your auction on different sites. For example, now that I know my auction will sell like hotcakes, should I go ahead and also post on the UK, Canada, etc. ebay sites?
Thanks again, Hooman

I definitely think you are by far one of the most honest sellers of ebooks that there is, and I trust you when you say that you are successful. I can just imagine if I had 10 other ebooks selling last night, I could have made a nice sum of money just overnight.
I appreciate your patience in dealing with my frustrations early on.
I wanted to email you to just say I appreciate your extra kick of motivation, to get me to try selling ebooks.
THANK YOU (because I know this is not even scratching the surface of the potential passive income I could develop with this...)

Hi Tony,
You know, maybe I was wrong - thanks for the extra kick of motivation. The anger I had against you was somewhat also due to time constraints due to my job - and I actually quit my job a couple days ago to sell full time on eBay.
Mostly stuff I still buy from thrift stores still, but I put up my first eBook buy-it-now auction up a couple hours ago. I haven't fully made the transition to information products, but I do agree that it is "the way" to go.
I actually have a question:
So, I put up my first eBook auction up last night. It's a seduction ebook for $6.50, and I'm also throwing in a free book as a bonus. So 2 books total, for the price of one. I put it up for 10 days, and
put 17 available. Is that a good idea? Or should I have made less available?
Could you look at the auction, tell me if it would "sell," and give me an opinion/feedback? Here is a link to the auction.
Thanks for any advice.

I do not understand why it is so difficult for you to give me a refund?
You stated that you offer a full-refund in your auction ad.
The reason I have wanted a refund is because I DO NOT HAVE TIME. I am not sure why you cannot understand this. By not promptly giving me a refund you are WASTING MY TIME.
So basically, you have taken my money and now you are also taking my time.
I do not
appreciate it at all. If you are a decent businessman you will back up your word.
Please reply to my email and my request.

Hi Anthony,
You have not replied to my last email. Could you please take a moment to do so?
I would now simply like a refund for all my products. I have not even used your website or the Powerseller eBay eBook business that I ordered from you. I would like a refund for the $39.95. You may also cancel any subscriptions I have with you.
Please respond.
Thank you,
Hooman Noori

Hi Tony,
Yes, I have TWO usernames and two passwords. The first one is when I simply bought the subscription for your website.
The second one came as an inclusion with the Powerseller eBook business.
I have 2 subscriptions, so please cancel 1 of them. The one I ordered on August 1st:
Subscription#S-0B515121TW911400G Username: pp-ratpea Password: venal%query
I would like to keep the Powerseller EBay eBook
business. I would like to sell ebooks on eBay and learn your automated system. I bought this from you for $39.95, so I figure I'm getting some of that coaching and the system, right?
I currently buy stuff from thrift stores, primarily shoes and salvaged electronics, etc and auction them. I've been profitting but I haven't been consistently putting up auctions. I figure I could make it into a full-time job but it's not exactly passive income, I really do have to work for it, so I want to get into selling ebooks and information online. I'm guessing that as part of this package you will show me how to do this.
So, to reiterate, please cancel my first subscription and please answer my question.
Thank you, Hooman

I am sorry for the delay in responding to your message but I would like a refund for the order. I haven't had the time to really go through with using it. I have barely even been around to email you this message.
Before ordering your ebook business package I ordered a subscription to your
website. So, when I ordered the package it also included a second subscription to the same thing. I'd like to keep the first subscription.
See:
I ordered the first subscription on August 1, which was Subscription#S-0B515121TW911400G Username: pp-ratpea Password: venal%query
I want to keep this one.
But I would like a refund for the "POWERSELLER SELLING MY EBAY EBOOK WEBSITE BUSINESS+MORE" package that I bought on August 8, and paid $39.95 for.
I have already left you positive feedback, and I believe your system would definitely work. I just honestly don't have the time right now and I don't want to waste it. I might come
back later to buy other stuff from you (or this if it's still available again later), your service is great. Fortunately, it hasn't been 30 days yet, so I figured I'd get a refund before it's too late.
Again, I'd like to keep my first subscription to your site in case I do have a few minutes on a weekend to peruse through it.
Thanks, Hooman Noori eBay ID: coolstuff312
