This rotary laser features a rough-and-tough rotary cage to help prevent wear and tear on the rotary head if it happens to fall to the floor; additionally, this cage is comprised of several thin struts that ensure consistent power while preventing blind spots from getting in the way of performance. And to help protect against less-than-perfect weather conditions, the housing is extra durable. Most importantly, the DW074KD's beam is clear and easy to see up to 100 feet indoors and up to 1000 feet (in diameter) when outside.
