The content is comprehensive and well-organized. I believe the topics are organized in a nice stair-stepping method so that each topic builds upon the previous. The first several chapters dealing with the individual as a leader are clear and concise. The chapters take an in-depth look at leaders and what it entails to be a leader--but it is done in an easy-to-read manner.I appreciate the amount and application of leadership theories. This book contains the best balance between theory and practice, and ties them together nicely.
