Manfrotto 509HD Video Head with 545GB Tripod Legs and Ground Level Spreader. This kit consists of the 509HD video head and 545B aluminum tripod with spike foot shoe and bag. The bridge design also assists the PAN friction control to be more intuitive and easy to set while protecting against any knocks that may occur during the recording process. Another unique feature is the ABR (Advanced Balance Recorder). The 509HD's FDS (Fluid Drag System) is variable and directly controls action and resistance on both axes; the ergonomics of the controls have been noticeably improved to make use of the FDS even easier.
