Slik Pro Ball Head 800 (Holds 6.61 lb). Strong, sturdy, and easy to use, the Ball Head 800 was created to take on a range of equipment from digital and 35 mm up to 4x5 field cameras. SLIK made a circular quick release plate that can secure the camera to the tripod pointing in any direction, making attaching your camera (once the SLIK quick release plate is attached) more intuitive than most other heads that have squared off or angled plates. Precision machining, polishing of all moving parts and an over sized, easy grip release knob for fine tension adjustments combine for smooth accurate operation. For Medium or large format photographers there is a circular quick release with a 3/8 mount post available.
