Technical Details

  • The APP-50 electronic hook switch communicates electronically with the phone, eliminating the need for a HL10 lifter.
  • Designed for the Polycom Wireless Savi products such as WO100, WO200, WO300 and WO350.
  • Supported Polycom phones include the SoundPoint IP 320, IP 330, IP 430, IP 550,IP 560, IP 650 and IP 670.
  • The IP320 and IP330 require a 2.5mm to RJ-9 converter to connect to the phone’s headset port and is available for purchase separately.
  • The Polycom phone software requires version SIP 3.1 or higher to support the adapter.
