Sparta Galaxy wide flat brush designated for basting and other high heat applications. Patented design incorporates a hanging slot and ridges along both sides of the handle. Keeps bristles elevated off the work surface and prevents liquid from running onto the handle base. Bristles are molded into the handle. Brushes feature double-boiled, bleached, sterilized premium boar bristles. One piece plastic handles are easy to clean. Bristle measures 2 inch trim by 2 inch width.
