Quick - Shelf Hangers Overhead Ceiling Mount Storage Unit: Home Improvement. Please note that shelf boards are not included. Quickly and easily create an overhead storage unit in your garage, basement, shed, or wherever else desired. This 24 inch wide unit can accomodate up to 12 feet of board length. With only eight ceiling attachment points for the entire rack of shelves, the only tools required are a drill, 3/16 inch drill bit, and a screwdriver (or 1-1/8 inch 6 point hex socket as shown in the above photo/s). The storage unit includes four 24 inch wide X 16 inch tall Shelf Hangers, eight 5/16 inch lag eye screws, and 8 hanger clips w/ mounting screws. Home center stores such as Lowes and Home Depot will rip plywood shelves at minimal or no charge.
