Cord length is 5 feet. Our LED Rope lights can be cut at least every meter. Do not worry about damage from incorrectly connecting this power cord to the LED Rope. After cutting the rope light all you have to do is push the two prongs into the wires on the cut piece. If connected wrong, the rope lights simply will not work. All you need to do is reverse the prongs and your lights should work. Buy this as an extra cord if cutting the rope lights to make custom sizes. For cutting custom sizes this is all you need.
