We have combined our years of experience both trading Forex and programming automated trading systems to produce a system so simple yet so powerful that frankly we are baffled that no one has thought of this before.

The M7 Sidewinder PRO Advanced Automated Forex Trading Environment consists of four (4) separate EA modules. Each can work as an individual EA on its own or in concert with one or more of the other EA modules. Four charts is the maximum number of charts/currency pairs you can trade at any one time, one module on each.

Having four independent EA modules adds flexibility and strength to the system. The individual modules allow for the clean separation of the money management logic for each currency pair which is critical for profitability. Having four separate EA modules working on independent tasks also increases the overall efficiency of the system in a similar way that a quad-core CPU does for the newer computers when compared to the older single core CPUs. It also allows investors with smaller accounts to use one or two modules until their accounts grow to the point where they can handle all four modules. 

Advanced 2-Stage Defense Against Draw-down

The Sidewinder EA has a large percentage of consecutive fixed wins during normal trading. When it loses a trade, the software detects the loss, keeps track of it and activates the first line of defense against draw down by incrementing the following trade’s lot size by the value of the “step” parameter. Depending on the currency pair being traded, the money management has been configured in such a way that isolated losses are remedied by a single win. Most often than not this is enough to maintain the account in profit and out of a state of draw-down.

However, in time when this is not enough and a preset number of trades close while still in a draw down, then the second line of defense against draw-down is activated. In this level 2 alert mode, the EA changes the way it places orders altogether to set up larger winners. This change allows winning trades to grow much larger than the average loss. When you combine this with the advanced money management and Sidewinder’s high probability market entry points the result is a simple but profoundly powerful automated Forex trading system which is extremely accurate, highly profitable and incredibly difficult for brokers to mess with.

Here is an illustrated explanation of how the 2-stage defense works. We will be using the GBP/JPY for this example. Also note this example displays the trading activity of a single EA module.
