Sounds good..
Then, you need to add the Paypal button code at the end and maybe beginning of your ad, so they can buy it..
Here is an example of the buttons I am talking about on one of my ads:
http://www.godrules.net/realestate.htm
See the "Add to Cart" and "View Cart"? These are paypal buttons..
The code is something like the below, but you will have to change some of the variables (like your product name, price, your email address instead of mine, etc)...
--------------Add to Cart----------------
<form target="paypal" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> <input type="image" src="/images/addtocart.jpg" border="0" align="left" name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!"> <input type="hidden" name="add" value="1"> <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_cart"> <input type="hidden" name="business" value="sheadkwiatkowski@gmail.com"> <input type="hidden" name="item_name" value="Commercial Property Real Estate Course"> <input type="hidden" name="item_number" value="3230192"> <input type="hidden" name="amount" value="39.95"> <input type="hidden" name="shipping" value="0.00"> <input type="hidden" name="no_note" value="1"> <input type="hidden" name="return" value="http://www.godrules.net/thankyou.htm"> <input type="hidden" name="currency_code" value="USD"> </form>
--------------View Cart----------------
<form target="paypal" action="https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr" method="post"> <input type="hidden" name="cmd" value="_cart"> <input type="hidden" name="business" value="sheadkwiatkowski@gmail.com"> <input type="image" src="/images/viewcart.jpg" border="0" align="right" name="submit" alt="Make payments with PayPal - it's fast, free and secure!"> <input type="hidden" name="display" value="1"> </form>

Hi Sonya,
Try saving the MS Word doc into HTML.. There is an option in "Save As.." Choose HTML for the extension..
Then, you take the code from HTML and put that into ebay's description system, or you can use it as the base page for your website page.. As websites are coded in HTML also..
To look at the code for HTML directly, you could open it in Wordpad or Notepad, to get the HTML code to copy and paste into the ebay description when creating the auction..
For website, you will need to add your paypal button at the bottom of the HTML page you saved and then upload to your website hosting..
Tell me which you are wanting to do and I will tell you more detailed..
Sincerely,
Anthony W.

Thanks Tony,
I added the affiliate reseller comment to the ad. Now I am ready to post. I have the ad in Microsoft word or do I need to PDF the ad for posting. Also, how do I post the actual books to the ad. Are the PDF so the purchaser can download them.
Thanks! | | |
