You could try this..
Select your whole word doc text/etc and then go over to ebay's description box and make sure it is on the "Standard" tab and paste the contents in there..
If it retains its look (the colors, images, etc ) from your word doc when you paste it, that is a good sign..
you can then proceed to click on the "Enter your own HTML" tab and it will show you the HTML for your ad..
Hopefully, that works.. There are two assumptions.. One, that your ebay account is enabled to show the standard and HTML tab (which usually is the case).. And two, that ebay's description box will pickup on the Word settings and convert for you..
MORE EXPLICIT DIRECTIONS FOR THE ABOVE:
A good way to do this is literally copy it and then paste it into the: "Standard" tab shown below:
This will literally copy the whole design from the ad you liked and then you can modify it within the box shown above. Then, click the continue button.

I do not have the capability to convert word files to html. I looked in my
word save file and do not have that option.
