IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS LOGGING IN:
1. Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox. If Firefox, try using Internet Explorer.
2. It could be a setting on your internet Explorer:
Tools/Internet Options/ click on the Security tab.. Make sure it is lower than Medium, as it blocks certain type of active content.
3. It could be that you are copying and pasting the password or username with an extra space " " on the end, which will make the login incorrect and give you an error message.
4. It could be the domain name
